With a small class size of up to six students, each participant will receive personalized instruction to turn their clay ideas into a reality.
Prerequisite:
Students must have some ceramics experience to join this class. Students do not need previous experience at House of Dirt, but should have a basic understanding of the ceramic process. We will not be spending time on foundational wheelthrowing skills such as centering and trimming, so students who desire to make work on the wheel must be comfortable with those skills already. Students who would like to make work using handbuilding techniques are not required to have previous wheelthrowing experience.
